Family Relative Petitions (Peticiones para Familiares)

We will give your immigration case the personal attention it deserves.

Deferred Action

Beginning March 04, 2013, immediate relatives of U.S citizens who are in the process of obtaining visas to become lawful permanent residents of the United States will be able to apply for a provisional unlawful presence waiver before they depart the United States to attend immigrant visa interviews in their countries of origin. The law is designed to avoid extreme hardship to U.S citizens.
Please call and set up a consultation to see if you may qualify.
Establish the validity of the family relationship between the Petitioner and the Beneficiary. (Establece la validez de la relación familiar entre el Peticionario y el Beneficiario)
For most cases, we require a deposit to begin your case, with the balance and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) fees due upon filing with USCIS.
If you would like our assistance in applying for and obtaining a visa please make an appointment for a consultation.
About our fees: Our mission is to provide an effective, efficient, and affordable service to our clients. We work very hard to leverage technology to provide a superior service at affordable rates.
